How it works

Four steps to delegate, zero management on your side.

Delegating to a virtual assistant is simpler than you think. No hiring, no job description, no perfect processes required. One call, one scoping session, and seven days later, it's up and running.

Not sure yet what to hand off? Here's what a virtual assistant can take off your plate.

What you won't have to do

Before we tell you what happens, here's what won't.

Write a job description

Run job interviews

Handle contracts, schedules or HR

Have perfectly documented processes before you start

Manage someone day to day

All of that is our job. Yours: tell us what's weighing you down.

01

Step 1: the discovery call

Thirty minutes, free, no sales pitch. You tell us about your business and what's taking up your time. We ask questions and tell you honestly whether we can help. If the answer is no, we'll tell you that too. Nothing to prepare: a list of what's weighing on you is enough.

02

Step 2: analysis and scoping

We analyze your needs and define the exact scope together: the tasks, the tone, the tools, the rules, and when we check back with you. This is where the price is set, based on what you actually need: a fixed monthly fee for a full-time or part-time virtual assistant, a flat fee for a one-off project. No standard rate forced onto your situation.

03

Step 3: setup and launch

We train the assistant on your processes and tools, set up access and your communication channel, and we get started. Our team is already trained and up and running: that's what makes this timeline possible.

7
days

From your go-ahead to day one: 7 days.

Needs analysis, setup, launch: it's all included.

04

Step 4: day-to-day work and follow-up

Your assistant gets to work. And you're never on your own with her: a Wepeps account manager stays your point of contact, available every day during working hours, on Slack, WhatsApp or whatever channel you already use. The quality of the work is our responsibility, not yours. Check-ins happen at the pace we agree on together.

What happens next?

The work grows with your business. You can expand the scope, adjust it, or stop: there's no commitment. Many clients start small, with one focused task, then delegate more once trust is built. That's the normal path, and there's no pressure to move faster than you want.

Your questions at every step

What should I prepare for the discovery call?

Nothing required. If you want to get the most out of it, just jot down the tasks that take up your time each week. We'll take care of the rest.

No. We start from the way you work today and help you structure it as we go. Processes get built along the way.

Through your Wepeps account manager, available every day during working hours, on Slack, WhatsApp or whatever channel you already use. You don't add a new tool: we adapt to yours.

We do. That's the whole point of a managed service: we train the assistant, we supervise her, and your account manager keeps an eye on quality. If something's not right, you tell us once and we fix it.

Yes. Our team is already trained and up and running, so there's no hiring delay. The seven days cover analyzing your needs, setup and launch.

Yes. Your confidential data and logins are handled with the care they require and stay secure with us. And if you'd like, we can sign a confidentiality agreement as soon as we scope the work.

Another assistant from the team simply takes over. That's one of the advantages of a team over a single person: your work doesn't stop, and you have nothing to organize.

If you'd like, yes. We can set up a video call with your assistant before day one. It's not required: many of our clients let us handle setup and meet their assistant at the first check-in. It's your choice.

There's no commitment. We adjust the work if it needs adjusting, and if you want to stop, you stop. No explanation needed.

The first step takes thirty minutes

A free call, no sales pitch, to see if we can help. At worst, you'll walk away with a clearer idea of what you could delegate.
